Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

Aj has been sailing for 7 years, the spirit of adventure driving him to explore stunning locations around the world. His fun and outgoing personality will surely create many laughs during your stay aboard Earlybird. If you enjoy diving, water-skiing or any other water sports, Aj will be more than happy to assist you whatever the time of day. He excels in all water sports, especially water skiing which he started at the age of 7! Aj also worked as a sailing instructor, where his passion for the ocean and sailing was born.
Evelina Manchini - Chef

Evelina is the newest addition to the Earlybird team. Having worked her way through different positions on yachts up to Chief Stewardess, she really understands the importance of teamwork on board. She transitioned to the role of sole chef in 2018 and never looked back. She comes highly recommended and we look forward to seeing what she brings to charter clients this summer on Earlybird.
Marco Louw - Deckhand
Having spent a number of years working the land and operating heavy machinery Marco has now turned his focus to the seas after a season on a chartered deep sea fishing vessel. He is looking forward to putting his enthusiasm and excellent work ethic into delivering excellent service on board Earlybird this summer.
Marco is a divemaster and enjoys spending is spare time scuba diving as well as deep sea fishing, off-road motor-cycling and keeping fit.
Sian Seymour - Stewardess
Sian has a passion for the ocean and people. She has sailed around the Maldives and has participated in research expeditions in the Atlantic and Southern Oceans. With salt water running through her veins, she is the happiest surrounded by the sea and enjoys sharing this love for the ocean with guests. She also enjoys the creative side of her job, including table setting, cocktail garnishing as well as napkins and towel folding. Always smiling, she will do everything she can to make sure guests have the most memorable experience aboard Earlybird.
