Charter rates 2023:
July and August. Euro:14.500,00 plus VAT 12% plus A.P.A
June and September Euro:12.800,00 plus VAT 12% plus A.P.A
April,May and October Euro:9.100,00 plus VAT 12% plus A.P.A
The prices includes 1 crew member - the skipper ,1 SUP, WIFI up to 10 GB.

Extra expenses:fuel (the yacht is delivered with full tanks of fuel and the skipper refills at the end of the charter), provisioning, drinks, harbour marina fees during the charter, marineros tips if applicable,water during the charter,transfers to and from the yacht upon charterers request.VAT 12% as of today. In the event that the VAT changes any difference will be debited or credited to the charterer.
Optional extra hostess/cook at Euro:1.150,00/week
Saturday to Saturday charters
Embarkation:17:00 Disembarkation 09:30 The yacht returns to her base on Friday evening at 18:00 , the charterer spends his night on board and disembarks on Saturday morning.

Crew Gratuities upon Charterer’s discretion. Customary gratuity is calculated between 10% to 15% of the contracted gross Charter Fee, and is appropriate if the crew has given excellent service.

Cancellation policy:

Bookings cancelled 35 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee is withheld.

Bookings cancelled less than 35 days prior to embarkation 100% of the total charter fee is withheld.

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, all advance payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits only if he succeeds in letting the Yacht to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions minus Euro:300 administration fees. In the event that the Charterer should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the Yacht prior to the date designated, the Owner shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money.



COVID 19 Policy 2023:

In case of official travel ban by the Government between Greece and charterers country on the dates of embarkation the charterer can choose to transfer his dates in another period of 2023. If the rescheduled booking is more expensive the price difference will be charged. The above is valid only for official travel bans between Greece and charterers country, on the date of embarkation and only if the payment policy is met.In the case that quarantine obligation is applied by the Greek Government at the time of travel and embarkation date the charterer can choose to transfer his dates in another period of 2023. If the rescheduled booking is more expensive the price difference will be charged.

In the case that the charterer cannot provide new charter dates a credit note will be issued for the amount already paid which will be valid for 12 months. The credit note is valid to be used for the same yacht same charter area. The clients are responsible for communicating their travel restrictions in a timely fashion. No-shows will be treated as a normal cancellation and the normal cancellation policy will apply.
