With 14 years in Fernando de Noronha, Brazil, and multiple charter seasons in Sardinia, she brings strong nautical awareness, discretion, and a deep understanding of onboard hospitality standards. She specializes in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with refined execution, enriched by Brazilian creativity and international versatility. Camila provides complete menu planning tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements, with adaptability across Asian, Latin, vegetarian, wellness, and family-style concepts.
